Wonderful Location, Units, and Management

Wonderful apartment! The location is prime, overlooking the beautiful Ward Canyon Park (with dog park and elementary school both nearby), with easy access to Adam's avenue, Kensington, El Cajon, freeways, and more.

The apartment itself is spacious and modern, and we especially enjoy the large windows to allow more of the park into view. The apartment faces away from the sun which keeps it cool during the heat, but certain units do lack a bit of sunlight in the winter. Also comes with an... AC/heating unit that comes in handy during heat waves, along with two modern fans!

The management is possibly the best I've encountered, and they are all kind and respectful, they take issues & requests seriously, and have great communication.

I'd definitely recommend living here if you have the chance!

Great management and location!

The management at this property is excellent! They are very attentive and on top of any issues that may arise. Super friendly, too. We love living right next to the park and being in this community.

Amazing location!

We love that we are so close to the park and a great elementary school! Newly remodeled modern look and nice views of the park. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Management is friendly and attentive. Property is kept clean and well maintained.
