Legacy Fountain Plaza

I’ve been a resident here for several years and, until recently, I had no major issues. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill after a recent management change.
There is a known boiler issue on the roof that causes constant, extremely loud noise. Management has acknowledged the problem but has stated they “can’t justify replacing it because of the $30k cost.” As a result, residents are left dealing with ongoing noise that seriously impacts quality of life.
Communication has been terrible.... Emails have been ignored since November 30, 2025, phone calls are not returned, and when contact does happen, the property manager is dismissive rather than helpful. It’s frustrating to feel brushed off when raising legitimate concerns about livability.
It’s disappointing to see a place that was once well-managed decline so quickly. I hope ownership takes these issues seriously and improves both maintenance and communication going forward. Read More

This is the worst-managed apartment ever! Frequent car break-ins; cigarette smell in the unit; water pouring from upstairs; human waste in the garage corner; packages often broken or stolen—so many issues happen here every day!

Despite numerous complaints, the management has been negligent in enforcing noise regulations, allowing disturbances to persist and disrupt the peace and comfort of residents. It is disappointing to see such a lack of concern for the well-being of tenants and a disregard for maintaining a peaceful living environment.

I strongly advise potential tenants to consider this lack of responsiveness and effectiveness in addressing noise complaints before choosing to reside in this complex. I was amazed by amenities such as gym and swimming pool and the fountains. It is a beautiful apartment complex. But it is all about the noises. Late parties held on Friday, Saturday and sometimes Sunday nights. And these parties lasted til 4,5am the next day. Tenants were not courteous enough to respect others. Made numerous complaints to management team but one complaint after another, because it was not just one tenant, next week it was another tenants held late parties. So far, I am not... recommending staying at this apartment complex unless you don’t mind those parties noises. I was just trying to check this place out. The first time they called and canceled my tour appointment same-day (it was scheduled 3-4 days ahead) because their “system didn’t realize today was a holiday.” The second time they just never called or emailed to cancel, and decided not to show up. Then when I tried to call there was no answer so finally I emailed asking if they had forgotten about me. Michael emailed back saying I should have gotten a call or email to reschedule as the staff were out... sick today. I had gotten tons of email reminders before both tour schedules so you would think someone was paying attention aside from computer-generated emails.
