Good, not great! Overall Living here is good.
The overall cleanliness of the property is clean.
The issues/concerns that are there:
- Communication on area events. I believe there was a marathon a few weekends ago and there was no communication sent out about road closures.
- Garage Door on Terraine is not working again
- Trash accumulating in the Trash Room. I know it's the responsibility for tenants to put them in the chutes, but there should be ways to offer better monitoring.

Terrible Really bad experience. I used to love living here. The new management is terrible. Numerous new fees and charges every month with no explanation. The management does not answer the phone or email so communication is also terrible.

We have been residents of The Julian apartments since 2021, and have seen multiple changes in management, since then, but the current management lacks a core skill set which is managing the property.

We have been facing the issue of stomping, heavy stepping and thumping because of our upstairs neighbors, and have been struggling to find a resolution with the management for the last 6 months, after all this time of stalling us, they finally agreed to move us (and not the neighbors) into another... unit on a given date at the same lease amount and with 1 day of overlap so that we could move our stuff. On the day of key collection, suddenly the manager has disappeared, and the leasing officer is clueless about the entire fiasco, thus leaving us high and dry after all the turmoil. We are stuck now, and don't know what our options are, and the management is ruthlessly apathetic to our situation. Would urge everyone to not waste their time and money with this property. Lived there for almost two years! Amazing amenities- Loved the rooftop deck with downtown views! The friendliest people/ neighbors!
