Good, reasonable rates but needs more maintenance Elevator buttons being broken or not functioning properly, automatic door breaking, fire extinguishers not being present in common areas.

Parking issue and missing basics

The parking key has not been working since we moved in, which has been extremely inconvenient especially during move-in when we needed to go out frequently to buy essential items but could not access the gate independently.

There was also no clear instruction on basic matters such as where to dispose of trash. Additionally, the bedroom had no lighting installed, which is usually a basic feature in rental units, and the bathroom did not include a shower curtain.

Overall, we had to purchase many...
basic items that we expected to already be provided in a rental. This made the move-in experience frustrating and inconvenient.
