Almost perfect As a long time resident of 19 years, I rarely encounter troubles within the community because it is always well maintained and constantly repaired when needed by reliable cleaning and maintenance staff. Residents are appropriately informed of any changes, maintenance and problems by the office staff so that they do not cause any disturbance within their daily routines. The rent prices have increased gradually and reasonably through the years, and rightly so compared to other... apartments within the surrounding areas. It is near parks, stores, malls, salons, libraries, restaurants, churches, schools, and medical and dental facilities and bus stops. They also have a swimming pool, mailboxes and an Amazon Hub, laundry area and multiple designated and guest parking areas and garages. However, I have heard of many complaints about the traffic noise coming from the vehicles street. No complaints on those who live on the opposite row of apartments though as far as I know. There are also pet owners who do not pick up after their dogs but I am happy to say that it rarely happens since the residents bave been literally warned. Also, I had a previous experience of my mini van being stolen before and there was no trace of it on the security cameras happening as they did not adjust the angles of the cameras. There was also an incident where a neighbor's bicycle was also stolen within the apartment complex and there were no security cameras installed on the walkways. Although I am not aware of other security problems, it might be best for the community if the office tighten their security measures. There are also moments when the garbage bins get too full or when the dumping area is full with residents' belongings who have left the apartment and the garbage truck collectors have not gotten them yet. Thankfully, the office staff or the government takes care of the problem and the trash gets collected after a few days. I also had an issue about not having watched on a television for a long time before because I do not know how to connect the cable box, modem and router to it and the employees were not knowledgeable on how to attach it to the TV. It's a good thing that there are wireless streaming services that are available nowadays so that I can access to the internet for information and entertainment. Again, based on my extensive residential experience I can say that living in here is not too bad if you tbink about it.
