Beware: Neglected Property with Poor Maintenance

Let's update you on the 2025 version of this run down building.

I would not recommend living here. During my time here, I've had to deal with constant issues including water leaks, broken appliances, broken key pad, no working AC, and even water outages just to name a few. The building amenities that were advertised were either unavailable or poorly maintained, and there's no on-site maintenance crew to address problems quickly -- most repairs, if they happen at all, take an unreasonably long...
time.

Paying rent through the Domuso app has also been a frustrating experience. While the management team was polite, they are ultimately ineffective on resolving any of the ongoing problems in a timely manner and have not fairly compensated residents for all of these issues we have had to deal with. Ownership of the building seems completely indifferent to the condition of the property and to the residents' experience.

On top of everything, there has been noisy, disruptive construction happening throughout my entire stay so far, making it feel like I am living in a permanent construction zone. Overall, the building is poorly managed and poorly maintained and definitely not worth the price or the stress just because it is by the beach.
