Hidden Valley

I have lived at Hidden Valley for a year and a couple of months now, and this apartment has been one of the best living experiences I have had. Hidden Valley saved me from a horrible situation I had with another apartment complex, and came at a perfect time for me. I had made a mistake signing with this other apartment and on a friday afternoon found Hidden Valley and began my relationship with Ruben, who with tremendous kindness allowed me to tour late friday afternoon when they were close to... closing. I had to come from Pasadena and Ruben graciously waited for me and showed me my now apartment. I walked in and knew this was my perfect home, a beautiful one bedroom that fit my price range. I had some issues with getting out of my previously signed lease, but Ruben understood my situation and kept working with me until I was ultimately able to be released and signed here. Ruben has been by far the best apartment manager I have ever had. He is friendly, understanding, and very flexible. My situation was certainly a complicated one, but he gave me such a phenomenal opportunity and has continued to work with me through my time here. He is quick to respond, takes care of everything efficiently, and everything is streamlined without hoops to jump. The maintenance people are great and helpful, the apartments are kept clean and are quiet, and I have loved living here, and feel like this is home. I have lived here for almost 2 years when I first moved in Shirelle was here. She was awesome...one of the most understanding office managers I have ever dealt with. She was always ready to answer questions and was very informative. Since she has been gone it has been very difficult to get any solid answers from questions at the office. The new office manager is not very friendly at all!

Living in Hidden Valley has been a wonderful experience. The view is spectacular, and the maintenance service is excellent. Reporting maintenance issues is very easy, and the office staff usually takes care of them within 24 hours of submitting a request. I truly enjoy living here.

The property is fantastic and the convenience of being right by the train station, Smart and Final, and a street FILLED with thrift shops is simply unbeatable!

I don’t like it here .
It’s dirty you see dog poo everywhere & when you do they have an attitude . It starting to smell like urine & poo because of the homeless ppl near the train track front office is hard to get a hold of .
There is never any parking .
I can go on and on why i don’t like it here .
