From day one, the property manager has been professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in creating a well run community. Communication is clear, issues are addressed quickly, and you always feel like concerns are taken seriously, not brushed off.

Maintenance is truly top notch. Requests are handled fast, and the work is done right the first time. They’re knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly take pride in keeping the property in excellent condition.

so far it has been good. i just moved in so i dont have much to say but everytime i requested maintenance issue they responded fairly quickly. i am a new tenant so all the maintenance i am requesting is no fault to the management.

I like the location and the price is decent. The things I vehemently are mandatory fees for the gym and pool, neither of which I use. However, I am forced to pay a monthly fee for both. This adds up.

Secondly, I don't like the fact that I am forced to pay to have a valet trash service. This, too, adds up, so between the pool, gym, valet trash service, I think it's around $50 or so every month!

I am responsible enough to take out my own trash, yet I am not given a choice, which I REALLY don't... like.

beautiful apartment, but the quality of certain things in the units could be way better for how much we pay. Maintenance is rude and neighbors are very rude as well for no reason and very noisy. Already have had multiple issues and I’ve only lived here for 3 days.

Leasing office staff are very nice, located in beautiful and safe community, walking distance to the mall, shops, and restaurants. Great amenities.
