Reconsider signing a lease

I love the concept of The Bridge District but the tenants bring the quality of life much below luxury. These apartments are anything but luxury when it comes to the actual experience. I have been living at Edge for over 1 year and it has been a complete mess. If you choose to live on the 4th/3rd floor, good luck. People will throw parties at the terrace and you can hear it at the end of the hall. Noise level gets pretty bad, and the smell of sm*ke and dr*gs linger throughout the night. It gets... to the point where my freshly cleaned laundry smells like we*d. There are times I drive up to Roseville to spend the night at my parents place due to this issue. Sadly, after these parties are over the tenants do not clean up after themselves, leaving alc*hol on the floors and tables. Trash will be left EVERYWHERE in the terrace. It saddens me that management doesn’t implement any strict cleanliness policies compared to other apartment complexes. So much potential.
