A lot of natural light

These apartments have a lot of natural light with wall to wall windows. I’ve never had plants before but totally had to get some when I moved in. I have a nice view of the mountains and a little bit of downtown. The high line canal is right behind the apartment and love taking my dog on a walk there. They have the full size washer and dryers in the apartments which is nice. The lights above the island are my favorite too. The office staff are always nice and available if I have any questions. I... would definitely check them out if you like the downtown living vibe without the prices.

Great and fun place to live! Moved here after my friends lived here for few years already, and not regretting!

The apartments are modern and well maintained. AMAZING view of DT and the mountains line!

Amenities are great-pool table and bar in the club house, well equipped gym, pool and tub that works all year round, bbq area and many more.

Adeline on the lead, Anjo and the maintenance crew are amazing, keeping everything running smooth, and keeping the living-vibe cool, with different events,...
pool parties, holiday and theme activities, food trucks and so on, keeping the good vibes in the complex and between the tenants.

Maintenance requests, when happen, are taken care fast, communication is good.

Highly recommended!

read before make your decision to move here

I have been living in here about 8 months and it is good time to write a review to be helpful people who plans to move here. The only thing I like about here floor-plan/unit and the maintenance people. Maintenance people and housekeeping do their job great. The floor plan is great because of the wide windows, big enough walk in closet, upgraded kitchen features, and spacious living and dining areas. HOWEVER, upstairs neighbours let their dog pee on their balcony, it drips onto my balcony. The... balcony is not a full covered balcony so if you have harasser, disrespectful neighbor you will be tired to clean your balcony from their dog hairs, dogs pees, cigarette dirts, etc. Yes, this is disgusting and make you sick. The manager in the leasing office wasn’t able to solve all the problems that haresser neighbor caused. Well, in my opinion, after many times warnings, there should be a notice to move them from their unit. Also, the unit gets dust every each day because of the air vent. The stove is the best thing to check if I’m saying truth because it is black and the dusts are very visible. I clean twice a day and clean the floor and everywhere once a day. Can you imagine how this is tiring? As someone who is clean freak person I can’t handle the cleaning dust every each morning. There is no way to stop dust coming through air vent. Additionally, my upstairs neighbor walks loudly around, like they stomp their feet hard on the floor everywhere they walk. The stomping is very loud that is shakes everything on the table. I am so scared sometimes I wake up because of their disrespectful behavior. Both the apartment is very weak and transmits sound and we have a terrible neighbor. So, please aware of these and make your decision before move here. Good luck!

Excellent Leasing Experience, Beautiful Community & Amenities!

I just signed my lease and put down my deposit for a 1 bedroom unit that I'll be moving into mid-March. Ryan has done so much to help accommodate my every need and concern and has gone above and beyond to make sure that every little detail was exactly as it should be.

Even though I'm not moving in for another month, Ryan has gone ahead and set up everything for me, which will make the move-in process so much quicker and easier for me so that I can simply focus on settling into my new home when...
I get there. I could not be happier and more impressed with my experience with High Line Pointe Apartments and Ryan. I toured more than two dozen apartments in the Denver area over the past month and I came back to High Line Pointe for a second tour after an incredible first tour, and I was just as impressed the second time around as I was the first time! I will absolutely be taking advantage of all of the available amenities and enjoying them to the fullest! I cannot wait to call High Line Pointe my home!

What an Overpriced Dump!

I'm moving out, this place is nasty. It's not maintained and the office staff, especially Ryan, is AWFUL. When I called Lola at Delwest, she seemed to think that garbage all over the place, dude working on his vans in the garage, broken down vehicles, etc are all par for the course in "Luxury Living" What joke. Don't move here, you'll regret it.
