Dangerous community

Had My vehicle vandalized and attempted to be stolen twice and all of my tools and property stolen from on the third time just this week. I can't wait to move. The amenities here are not worth the crime You will subject yourself to. My multiple neighbors have vehicles broken into, doors drilled out, windows smashed out, etc. The management company here Wastes your money on a security camera system they say protects you but never provides any evidence, brand new cameras that can't see people... or license plates. So even the police say it's insufficient. They waste money on a security company to patrol that's never around when they are needed. Beautiful community and beautiful amenities but truly no security and no accountability.

Parkhill 4000

Really like it here I’ve lived here for 4 years. Easy access to i70 and close to rhino/downtown. They have free beer daily and a lot of events. The leasing agent Victoria is great. I haven’t had any problems while living here. The free detached single garage is a huge plus.

Horrible!

DO NOT RENT HERE. Got this place based on good review but was very disappointed. Lived here for 7 months. All the neighbors said the same thing about this place when moving out so I'm writing this review on behalf of more then just me. You basically pay rent for a place where strangers can come and go as they please when you aren't home. Maintenance came into our apartment unannounced while we weren't home and left a mess in the kitchen. When asked why they came and what they were doing and why... we didn't even know about it, they said they "forgot" to call us. Also, they tell you they will give you the full deposit back but forget to mention that even if you leave it in perfect condition there is an "automatic cleaning charge and other fees". They also charge you for pre-existing problems even if it was noted when moving in. You will NEVER get your full deposit back. (Below review said the same thing) Management is very hard to get a hold of, voicemail doesn't work, if you catch them in person you MAY have some luck. Maintenance never response. People in the apartments across the street come use the pool as they please (regardless of the key pass). Also, parking is HORRIBLE even if you have a pass its always packed. I would not recommend this place.

Renter Rip-Off!!

So disappointed with this place. The service is horrible (Scott and David). They lie to you just to get you in and then they are never available for you.
Bunch of hidden fees. My utility bill is ridiculously high(and it's not electricity or gas)- they make you pay for common electricity areas usage when part of the areas closes at 6:00PM.
The place is fairly new but it already falls apart. I can't wait to move out. Almost there. Never again!!!!

A great place to live!

I really wanted to live downtown, but the cost was way over what I could pay. I found this place a little over a year ago and I couldn't be happier. From the day I moved in I have been treated like I am the only one that lives here. The staff has been more like family than just money hungry landlords. It is super pet friendly and treat my baby just like a resident. On busy days I have to avoid going anywhere near the clubhouse because Charlie will not let me walk by without stopping in to... see Scott. He always has treats and gives so much love to her that sometimes I think she loves him more than me. If you're looking for a place you should diffidently check this place out.
