DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I literally found a valet trash employee living in our garage and watching me when I left for work in the morning. When I contacted the leasing office about it, they chose to do nothing, and I literally mean nothing. They didn’t remove the dumpster he was living behind, they didn’t contact security, they allowed the employee to continue working and having access to the building. My car was broken into during my lease, also nothing was done about it. They claim they will... “increase security” but nothing ever happens. Please trust me when I say that I came back and lived at this place and signed a second lease with them because my first lease went so well. The leasing office and the people that work there have completely gone downhill. I could make a running list of things that are so unsafe- the elevators break numerous times a month, the fire alarms do not work on any floor above 8 (I also contacted them about this- they didn’t care). I know residences that chose to break their lease than live there longer. Not worth it!

The garage/building here is not secured or monitored properly. Radius will pretend like they take the security steps necessary to keep the building and garage safe, but they couldn’t care any less.

My boyfriend and I lived here for over a year. I cannot believe the positive reviews of this place. The only good thing I have to say about Radius uptown is the residents and the community as we met some great people and the building is very dog friendly. There is a huge amount of theft in this building, our storage unit as well as many of our other resident friends storage units and cars were broken into. When our storage unit was broken into it took the thieves 18 seconds (we saw security... footage) to bend the frame of the unit, they didn't even have to touch our lock. RADIUS MANAGEMENT DID NOTHING. They continuously blamed the theft on the surrounding neighborhood yet we knew people in other buildings on the block and they had never heard of any theft in their building. We also had 2 cabinets in our apartment fall off of the wall (one of them being onto my boyfriend) and when we told the community manager (after the first one fell) she said to us "oh yeah, this has happened before in a couple other apartments, we don't think the builders secured all of them properly". Also, the side entry door to the building was not secure for upwards of 6 months (hence everyone having their storage units and cars broken into). Radius was aware of this issue and insisted they had workers coming to fix it, yet it still took over 6 months. Do not give this building your money. As a resident you have access to a community discussion board and people are constantly addressing and complaining of these issues yet the leasing employees simply reply with a generic message. They do not care about their residents. Lastly, the elevators are always broken. They will Nickle and dime you for everything upon move out. Such a shame because the location is amazing and so are the people, if only management could figure it out.
