Fabulous Building Maintenance Team

When one is a renter, you're at the mercy of those who can fix whatever's broken or needs adjustment. Luckily, The Confluence has Cody and his amazing team at the ready to quickly and accurately fix it -- and they are trustworthy and fun! It's quite a relief to know that my apartment home is in good hands. Call me grateful!

Exceptional Maintenance Service

Cody is fantastic - quick to respond (usually same day), transparent about what needs fixing, and always follows up to ensure everything works properly. He's handled everything from emergency repairs to routine maintenance with professionalism and genuine expertise.
What sets him apart: He communicates clearly about timeframes, shows up when promised, respects your space, and actually cares about doing the job right. In my time at The Confluence, he's been consistently reliable and knowledgeable...

Best Place to Live

MUST READ. If you looking for a good place to live this is it here is why, We’ve been at residents at Confluence for 5 years now. We love it here. We wanted to give credit where it belongs, Tara is great manager here on property that has been really helpful to us. Cody is the best engineer here, whom fixed the issues quick and efficient. Ray is our favorite maintaince guy, who can solve any issues for you here in the building. Wes, senior technician, has been helpful with providing internet for... us quick !

Best building in Denver

I can't believe I get to call this place home! Office staff is very friendly and responsive. Maintenance team is very solid, lots of great events monthly. I love utilizing valet, always have my car ready before I leave - phenomenal place to live!
