Good experience so far but can be better managing resident living experience. Elevator broke for long duration and caused inconvenience . Pool maintenance is common which cause pool closures. I hope it can be managed well

Excellent community in a very convenient location, a massive upgrade to my living situation overall! Move-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the minimal maintenance that needed doing after move-in was completed in a very timely manner :)

I am really enjoying my apartment so far. The space is very nice, the only issue I have is that I need blackout curtains for my bedroom, but that is an easy fix.

I don't like new management. They're very rude. Also, rent is due on the 1st and before the 1st I get 6 email reminders. Also, we have until the 8th before we incur late fees but on the 2nd day of the month, they're already posting eviction notices on the door. New residents pay less than established residents but established residents don't get new rates.
The complex as a whole, I love. It's beautiful, quiet, clean, and close to everything. Maintenance is also readily available, quick... ,and efficient.

We moved recently and Ac was not working and office people never picked up call. Bad management. Would never recommend anyone to move here. Maintenance guys are good but management people don’t do anything.
