I don't like new management. They're very rude. Also, rent is due on the 1st and before the 1st I get 6 email reminders. Also, we have until the 8th before we incur late fees but on the 2nd day of the month, they're already posting eviction notices on the door. New residents pay less than established residents but established residents don't get new rates.
The complex as a whole, I love. It's beautiful, quiet, clean, and close to everything. Maintenance is also readily available, quick... ,and efficient.

We moved recently and Ac was not working and office people never picked up call. Bad management. Would never recommend anyone to move here. Maintenance guys are good but management people don’t do anything.

It was my move in day and a few things were updated and everyone was so nice in the office the day I moved in. I felt like very confident that the staff would take care of issues in the future if I needed assistance.

It has been great. Staff is friendly. Pool is clean. Halls are clean. More parking would be better. Club house is getting updated with new things. Will be a fun summer can't wait.
