Safety and maintenance issues

Safety issues and more problems than you would expect. The garage is one of the worst issues. Our car was broken into and management refuses to add cameras, even after talking to the police. Right now only one garage door works, which is about to cause a head on collision. Hot tub is always broken, it's not the right temperature and management always tells you they're in the process of fixing it when they're not. Mail room is a disaster and things are stolen. Typical apartment managers that... don't care and they charge too much for this many issues.

Dogs barking 24/7

The building and maintenance team are great, but the headline says it all. There are dogs constantly barking and management refuses to do anything unless forced.

Awesome property

Since moving here at Arabelle maintenance and staff has been exceptional. Always friendly when calling or visiting in the office. Maintenance always is prompt to any maintenance issues and get the job done the first time. I just signed my second lease and love it here.

Above and Beyond

I just moved in 04/12/24. Noah and Courtney have been very accommodating and patient with me. I took more tours than expected and they were more than happy to help me with that. Noah went above and beyond by helping me get a furniture delivery completed. One thing I don't like is that I have to pay for a second car. I would understand if I had a one-bedroom, but I have a 2-bedroom.

I will be giving an update in 6 months.

Living Lux

We absolutely love living here at Arabelle Lincoln Station! The apartments are updated, clean and spacious! The amenities are incredible and include a year round pool and hot tub that make us feel like we are living at a resort! A full gym, roof top game room and fire pit with Mountain View and even a pet washing station for our furry friend! The front of office staff is responsive and kind and we absolutely love Mr. Juan and his maintenance crew. They work tirelessly to keep the ground clean... and operational. We love calling this place, home!
