Exhausting Lived Experience with VERY POOR follow-through
I have lived at Farm Haus since November 2024. My experience has not matched the professionally managed community shown in the listing.
From the start, move in involved repeated errors with paperwork, garage information, and apartment condition. The apartment was not clean enough, carpet was coming up, and one bathroom was not reliably usable for weeks. In January 2025, the cause was found to be a plastic soda bottle lodged in the drain line from construction. That made a strong first... impression about quality control.
The larger issue has been the pattern afterward. Communication has often felt incomplete or aimed at closing the matter rather than understanding the resident impact. Smart entry access was unreliable. A pest control visit also raised serious concerns for me because I came home before the expected time and found the vendor already inside my apartment.
The community areas have also declined during my time here. Shared areas have had food, trash, smells, stains, and debris where we walk with our senior dog. Dog park benches were unstable and could tip. After that was raised, seating was removed, and as of May 2026 there are still no benches.
We have also had recurring concerns with breakers, packages, glass near the dumpster, and parking notices where towing at resident expense was threatened. With one breaker issue, the explanation focused on my battery backup instead of why the circuit was tripping under normal use, which felt like a serious concern being minimized.
The air conditioning has been one of the most concerning parts of our experience. It struggled to cool, was low on refrigerant, and later had another major episode around March or April 2026. A technician worked for about nine hours, and we have video of a leak in the utility closet as well as outside leaks. We also raised concerns about high electric bills and health symptoms. The response did not feel like meaningful accountability.
In May 2026, the package locker system changed without clear advance communication. Old codes stopped working, new codes worked, and I was charged daily fees for packages I had already picked up. Nobody treated those charges like they mattered.
This review is not a maintenance request. It is my experience living here. Based on that experience, I would not recommend signing a lease at Farm Haus.
