So many issues with this property. Hot water has been inconsistent for months, and the owners have done nothing to resolve the issue, despite it being surfaced by numerous residents. Also, on their web site they say that units are temperature controlled with “programmable thermostats, which is a misrepresentation of the property” There are thermostats in the units, but you can’t control the temperature (this has been confirmed by on site staff). This apartment complex definitely not lacking in amenities. They have an indoor heated pool, outdoor seasonal pool, gold simulator, Pet wash room, gym, yoga room, and they will have a restaurant in the coming months. You really can't ask for a better place to stay.

This place looks really nice, but I’ve had a number of issues with the building since moving in. Primarily - the hot water is unreliable. There are several days in a given month where the hot water goes out completely in all units. Other residents and staff have confirmed that this has been an ongoing issue in the building, but nothing has been done to resolve it.
