Alterra Rocky Hill

I recently took a tour with Hattie and Taylor and they were absolutely fantastic! I tend to ask a crazy amount of questions and they answered every single one of them. They went above and beyond by showing me more than one unit and a video of another unit not available for showing. The grounds of Alterra is well kept, everything is new and clean. After viewing numerous other apartment complexes, I was truly wowed by what I saw at Alterra Rocky Hill. As I was driving into the property I was surprised at how quiet the surrounding area was. It is conveniently located close to the highway, but it was far enough where you do not hear it at all. The tour I was given by the property manager, Jennifer, was very thorough and she was able to answer all of my questions with ease. The pool, gym, clubhouse and patio area were all beautiful and well... kept. The layout of the apartment I toured was very spacious and had a private balcony attached to allow for time outside. We love living at Alterra Rocky Hill. There is a wonderful community feel here. Apartments are beautiful. Grounds and Common Areas are always well maintained. Clubhouse is gorgeous. The staff and management are very accommodating and always willing to help. Maintenance is great. Had an emergency after business hours and the Tim came right out to fix the problem.

I have been staying in this apartments for close to an year now. Find the management folks really nice they address all your service request promptly. As part of the community building there's a party once a month which is nice to know your neighbors. Most people in the apartments are nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a hassle free living.

This is a good apartment complex, the amenities are where they try to justify the price of everything. The apartment layouts are nice enough, but not enough to justify the cost to live here. Unless you have assigned parking, finding a spot can be a roll of the dice; if you are wanting to park close to your building that is. The complex is generally pretty quiet, and has controlled access to each building. All in all, it is one of the nicer apartments in this area, just very high cost for "all... that you get". Read More
