Sub par I’ve lived in the building for about 2 months now. The elevator takes 5-10 minutes anytime you want you want to leave. Additionally the package room looks like a tornado went off. Nothing is organized. Took me 20 minutes to find a package. It’s ridiculous. And then at 4am the fire alarms went off and we had to evacuate the whole building as a faster alarm.

Long time resident, great building We have lived here for 3 years and just moved into a new unit to start year 4. Major shoutout to James and the office for making the process smooth and hitch-free. Loving the new space and excited for the next few years. Thanks!

A Wonderful Place to Call Home! I had a great experience living in this apartment. The management was always responsive and friendly, and the building was kept clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood felt safe, and everything I needed was close by — shops, parks, and public transportation. My neighbors were respectful, and it was always quiet and peaceful.
If you’re looking for a place that feels like home and is managed by people who care, I definitely recommend this apartment!
