The southern end of Shaw gives way to the high-end shopping mecca CityCenterDC and the retail-filled Penn Quarter & Chinatown neighborhood. The closest bus stop is New Jersey + P NW (corner of NJ & P NW, on either side of NJ Ave NW).

From 10 PM to 8 AM, please adhere to very strict quiet hours when noise is to be kept at an absolute minimum. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, baby wipes, contraceptives, nor paper towels should be flushed at any time. If it is found that any of these items have been flushed and clog the septic system you could be held responsible for the cost of repair. Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere inside the apartment. Parties or events are not allowed at the property. No cats are allowed, and only dogs 50 lbs or under are accepted.
