Arcade Sunshine

We've lived in the middle "B" building since Arcade Sunshine opened in 2019 and have had zero complaints. The building has been maintained and kept clean thanks to the amazing staff -- it still feels like we're living in a luxury hotel.

We don't rely on the amenities very much apart from the rooftop, which continues to amaze my friends and family when they come over.

We clashed a bit with the management company when the property first opened. I hope they are learning from those who have... shared complaints. But it is also incumbent on residents to be respectful and clean up after themselves! Read More

We lived here for a year and a half as management got worse and worse. The apartments have lovely architecture and it’s an absolute scandal how badly they’re managed. Prices jacked up and up and up, covid-unsafe partying, poor-quality fixtures, indifferent management, issues *never* addressed. Back when Andrea worked here it was a pretty nice place to live. I’m so glad we’re moving out. And by the way — they’re advertising our unit for double what we paid. You can find plenty of nicer apartments... for less. Read More

Brand new building with great amenities. Location is amazing. It is in a street full of townhomes so it very quiet and peaceful compared to other modern apartments which are on the main avenues which can get loud . Management is a pleasure to deal with. They have great special right now. You won't regret it

I stopped by the Arcade Sunshine randomly after receiving a couple of very prompt replies to my inquiry. As soon as I stepped foot through the door, I was greeted and treated as though I was already a resident!

I received such wonderful service from the leasing agent Tamara (having showed me almost 10 units) that I came back the same day with my partner to give him a taste of the service and warmth of this building!

We felt as though Tamara was helping us find our new home (and not just... trying to get a unit off the market). Every email I sent they responded to with a prompt call and gave me every piece of information I needed to feel comfortable.

The units were spectacular and she seemed genuinely excited to run around the buildings with us to help us picture what our life would be like as residents of the Arcade Sunshine.

What a bright spot in what could otherwise be a very tough, stressful experience! Read More
