Please be courteous to the neighbors living above and around you at all times by keeping noise volumes to a reasonable level. From 10 PM to 8 AM, adhere to very strict quiet hours when noise is to be kept at a minimum. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, baby wipes, contraceptives, nor paper towels should be flushed at any time. If it is found that any of these items have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be held responsible for the cost of repair. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside of the apartment. Absolutely no parties causing excessive noise. No guests allowed on the premises that have not been added to the reservation guest count.
