My experience has been marked by repeated administrative and maintenance failures. Soon after move-in, the office repeatedly posted incorrect rent and concession amounts and provided conflicting information and portal guidance, requiring multiple follow-ups to correct basic billing issues for several months in a row. An ant infestation was present from the beginning, yet two maintenance requests were closed without any treatment, forcing me to address it myself. Most recently, water surfaced... from beneath multiple floor planks, but management did not identify the source or inspect beneath the flooring; I had to put in a maintenance request through the online portal, call the front office multiple times and left a message, then eventually went down to the front office to tell them about the issue in-person, before they even sent anyone to take a look at it. Residents should not have to repeatedly escalate documented billing, pest-control, and potential water-damage and mold habitability concerns to receive basic follow-through.

Great management team so far. Love the vibe of the apartment. But there are residents who just sit with their bare feet out ontop of the table in the entryway, and it’s a bit gross

The staff is very nice, but the location is inconvenient for metro access, and noise is a problem, especially for back alley-facing apartments.

I love the whole vibe at Anthology—it's exactly what I was looking for in DC. The industrial aesthetic with those exposed concrete ceilings is straight fire; it gives the place this cool, modern loft feel without trying too hard. Every time I walk in, it just feels like home. The high ceilings and natural light make the space feel open and airy, even on busy H Street NE days. Beyond the looks, the location is perfect for my lifestyle—easy walks to great food, bars, and the Metro. Management has... been awesome too, always responsive. Overall, it's the best combination of style, comfort, and convenience I've had in the city. Highly recommend it.
