My move-in experience at this apartment community was amazing. The neighborhood is wonderful—very clean, quiet, and well-maintained. My apartment itself is nicely updated, and overall I’ve been very happy with the environment here.

However, I do have one concern. The leasing office misplaced the money orders I submitted for my security deposit. I’m not sure how something that was placed directly in a folder with my signed documents could be lost, and I still don’t know the final outcome. This... has been extremely frustrating to deal with a month after moving in.

Going forward, I strongly recommend allowing security deposits to be paid online. This would prevent issues like this and provide a much more secure and convenient process for residents.

Nice quiet area. Could use more counter and cabinet space but other than that apartment and community is great. Management has changed a few times but each group has been pleasant.

Been here for 8 years never any problems, many of the staff are great and should be here forever.we are staying for another year and them probably moving to NJ to be with children.

I love how quick maintenance responds and fixes problems. Very safe neighborhood and it is usually pretty quiet. I have not had much of any problems.
