The location is excellent, with convenient access to public transportation. However, the interior of the apartments is extremely outdated, and many of the appliances are well beyond their expected lifespan and are simply falling apart. Unfortunately, maintenance has not been very helpful, and residents often feel dismissed or gaslighted when we raise legitimate concerns, seemingly because they do not want to address the issues.
That said, the best thing about MassCourt is the tight-knit... community we have built among the residents. Honestly, many of us stay because of our neighbors and the sense of community we share. Over the years, Ruth and Lindsay in the management office have also been wonderful. They have been supportive, responsive, and genuinely caring toward residents, and that has made a meaningful difference in our experience living here.
