Good location and amazing neighbors we have built a great community. The building is old and could use some improvements and upgrades especially the interior of the units, because rent is way too high for the outdated appliances and very basic counters. The amenities as an idea are very nice but they could use some upgrades. Maintenance is not the best. But overall the neighbors are amazing so keep living there because it’s such a tight knit community

I love living here! It’s a great location, great apartment space, and great amenities. Also, it’s very affordable for DC rent. The only thing I wish they’d add is umbrellas or some shade on the rooftop during the summer. 10/10 would recommend!

Not a bad experience at all the community we built here is group of amazing people. The location is pretty great. The leasing staff is helpful sometimes, same with maintenance, the front desk staff are always helpful.
The amenities are not bad but very outdated and don’t work half the time. Same with the apartments interior it is super old. Rent is very expensive here like way higher than what the building offers.
Overall not horrible and we mostly stay here because of the community

Overall this is a good place to live. Not all of the apartments have been updated with newer appliances and it would be nice if they would. The older appliances are quite old and not nearly as efficient. That said, the community that’s been established here is undeniably fantastic. Seriously some of the best neighbors I’ve ever known
