Senate Square

I’ve been living here for almost a year. In that time I’ve had brown water dripping down the walls out of my vents, chemical fumes pouring into my unit from the vents, and an exhaust fan that won’t turn off. Management has not done anything to resolve these issues and evaded all emails and phone calls. The building is a health hazard and the elevators barely ever work.

We just renewed our lease for another year! We are long term tenants at Senate Square and love the location, amenities, staff, maintenance team and concierge. Plus they always have events for tenants to attend and get to know your neighbors!

3/5. Package room is unorganized. Easy to lose packages or not have your package make it from concierge to the package room. Sometimes maintenance requests will get closed out when no one has tried to resolve issue. On positive note when maintenance does come they are friendly and try hard to resolve issue. I like the layout of my apartment. Building feels safe.

Getting maintenance repairs and traveling throughout the community with air conditioning is very difficult and frustrating speaking from experience

Best place to live in DC. Very comfortable and convenient. Great staff & well kept property. It’s also the perfect location being on Capitol Hill next to Union Station & H St. It’s very easy to get to MD & VA, with tenting minutes away.
