Since moving in, management has been wonderful. They are always looking after the place. They are very communicative with their periodic emails, letting know residents what is happening (scheduled maintenance or apartment events) and always enforcing building policies.

The 202 is a nice place to live! The apartments are spacious and the layouts nice. We have the best rooftop views in all of DC (having toured 15 buildings, the 202’s was clearly the best). The proximity to the Metro is unmatched, and there’s a lot going on in NoMa. It’s a fun place to be!

Getting to know the apartment community and neighborhood can take some time - if that’s something of interest, you’ll need to be proactive. But it’s worth it! The people living here are awesome too :)

said, if you live in an apartment facing the train tracks, the noise can be tough. While the noise level is fine for most of the day, a lot of construction happens in the middle of the night and can be quite disruptive. If you’re a heavy sleeper or have a room that’s not facing the tracks, you should be fine though

I like the place. Connection to Metro rail, gym, free biking storage room. Noisy a little (regular city noises). Good neighbors. Hallways and the building in general is clean. Good maintenance and workers

After moving into the new unit from a different one, my overall experience has been great. The space is comfortable, and everything has been functioning well so far. Although there are a few minor drawbacks that have some impact on daily life, they are fairly typical and manageable.
