Been living here for a little over three weeks. The amenities, the staff, and the area have been nice. Although I don't know, maybe I just got unlucky, but my apartment's been nothing but issues. First, the heating in our apartment was not working well, which they thankfully fixed right away and addressed smaller issues. Although the smoke dector to our place is VERY SENSITIVE. I could be cooking food normally, and boom, early morning, or later in the afternoon, the smoke detector goes off. It's... getting to the point that every time I cook, I have to have a step stool ready to run to the smoke detector to click the button to disarm it. Which have been so annoying. They have checked on it twice so far and even put in new ones. But the same issue. The only positive is that the maintenance staff always comes asap when requested. But that smoke detector just seems like I got unlucky with. Other than that, I've been liking it despite it all.

We’ve had an amazing move-in experience at Lakeside Apartments in Centreville! From start to finish, everything was smooth and welcoming. Katy was absolutely wonderful. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of our questions, which made the entire process stress free and exciting.

We were also pleasantly surprised with flowers, snacks, and a beautiful welcome package when we moved in. Such a thoughtful touch that truly made us feel at home right away.

We’re... super happy so far and absolutely love our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. It’s spacious, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. We’re really looking forward to making this place our home. Highly recommend Lakeside Apartments to anyone looking for a great community and an exceptional move in experience!
