Staff is friendly. One-bedroom apartment is small, a glorified studio, and has cheap appliances. No cellphone service in the parking garage could be a problem - I had one incident in which I had to drive out and report at the concierge desk because I couldn't call for help.

Great amenities - just initially was told there was a special to move-in where they’d waive my amenity fee, but then I was given another reason why they couldn’t waive the fee. Other than that, so far so good.
