Management is nice and easy to work with. Some of the staff can be unprofessional, but they’re not terrible. Communal and elevator spaces are usually dirty, more cleaning will help. Amenities are nice and kept up with. Tv’s don’t work so good. Overall 6.5/10.

The Hartley is a very nice place to live. The building is clean and very convenient to public transportation. I particularly enjoy all of the wonderful amenities and the mandatory quiet hours (11 pm - 7 am). I highly recommend the Hartley.

Its so far a great place to live the staff is great the amenities are and look forward to experiencing them in the near future im looking forward to more to come

Staff is friendly. One-bedroom apartment is small, a glorified studio, and has cheap appliances. No cellphone service in the parking garage could be a problem - I had one incident in which I had to drive out and report at the concierge desk because I couldn't call for help.
