Good overall, amenities such as the gym and roof deck are nice and relatively quiet and private areas for residents to enjoy. Interior courtroom as well where you can sit and mot be bothered.

I love the sense of community I get at the Swift from both staff and other residents! But I feel that the cost of rent—which was just increased by the absolute maximum allowable by law—is a bit unreasonable for what we are getting. If it increases any more I am sadly going to have to move.

I’ve been living in this studio apartment in NW DC and overall it’s been a great experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which really makes the community feel welcoming. The apartment itself is comfortable and suits my needs well.

The only downside is that I’d love to see the rent lowered a bit, since DC can be pricey. On the positive side, the building is well-maintained, and I feel good about the upkeep and management
