Love it here

I’ve been living here now for two years. I never had one major issue in my apartment. I truly have enjoyed my stay here. They have a great maintenance team and also the office team is very great as well. I look forward to being here for many more years, thank you Thorn Flats

Customer Service Could Use Some Improvements

Currently a resident. On my move-in day, one staff yelled at me and used the F word on me......I'll see how that will go during my next 12 months here......

Not worth the price of the rent

I lived here over a month and this is by far one of the biggest moving mistakes I've made. Since day one I have had issues with my shower floor not being level causing my shower to not drain properly which is starting to cause a mold concern. I have to mop my shower every day in order to use it. The water temperature in the shower is luke warm at best. There's a heating issue in my apartment where I can't control the temperature of in my apartment. On the warmest days outside it's 83 degrees in... my apartment. On the coldest days like today it's stuck at 66 despite me trying to raise the temperature. There's also an issue with my dish washing machine that it was not properly placed into the apartment. In order for me to open my dish washer all the way, I have to open my refrigerator. It also gives off a weird smell sometimes like the water it's using is dirty. The sound proofing in the building is horrible. You can literally hear everything going on in other neighbors apartments in the hallway. The amount of money I spend on rent for this place is not worth it at all! Do not move here if you can help it!

Terrible conditions

The apartment was nice when we moved in Nov 2021, soon after the ceiling in our bathroom started to leak. They taped plastic over it... until the weight of the water leaking collapsed the plastic. It took over a month to fix, with us continuing to have to call for maintenance. We weren't able to use our bathroom - can't sit on the toilet w. water dumping on you from the ceiling!?!? I wish we'd never signed this lease...

Worst place i have ever lived

They moved us in with holes in the wall everywhere! We didn’t notice at first until all the bugs started coming in. The heat is broken, their incompetent maintenance don’t fix anything and install things that are already broken. DO NOT LIVE HERE
