Unsafe for Families

Ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents is not the top priority. Rampant increase in theft, break ins, and stalking behavior. Please search elsewhere.

Apartment Building From Hell

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Please do yourself and favor and listen to the reviews!! This place is absolutely terrible, mice, bugs, and roaches are all over the apartment building, the quality of the apartment is absolutely terrible, and the management and staff is the most unprofessional and rude group of people I have ever experienced. Not to mention they will nickel and dime you for everything they can, if you think you’ll only be paying them 12 months of rent think again!! This has been the worst... experience of my life. The apartment building from hell is truly the best way to describe it and every other tenant I’ve talked to here feels the same way. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

Wonderful Place to Live / Excellent Staff

I have lived at the Whitney Apartments for over six years now. The Property Manager and Leasing Office Staff are very friendly and helpful! They truly go above and beyond to help their residents. The Maintenance staff is very responsive as well. The apartment is very spacious, and the apartment complex is pet-friendly. I highly recommend the Whitney Apartments!

Avoid at all coats

This is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Tenants are extremely disrespectful and bang things at all times of the day and night, management doesn’t care and just wants there money, walls are paper thin, common hallways always smell like either weed or some musty stank, bugs always find a way in, and parking is always taken by random people that don’t live here due to no visitor parking. Please please please do not make the mistake of moving here

Infested with Roaches

I Love everything about the apartments. Except one thing....I’ve had roaches since day 1 of living here! It’s very frustrating and I barely stay home because I’m so grossed out. The apartment it’s self is great and staff are very nice. I just can not deal with this Roach problem. Even after extermination they are still everywhere.
