Summer House at Lake Apopka

I am updating my review after living at Summerhouse Apartments for nearly two years.
When I first moved here, I had a great experience. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and always willing to work with residents to resolve concerns. In fact, I previously left a 5-star review because I genuinely enjoyed living in this community.
Unfortunately, my experience has changed significantly under the current management. Over the past several months, I have found communication to be inconsistent and... interactions with management to be dismissive and unprofessional. Simple questions and concerns have often been met with a lack of understanding and unwillingness to listen.
As a long-term resident, it has been disappointing to see such a decline in customer service. No resident should leave the office feeling unheard after trying to discuss a concern respectfully.
The property itself is still a nice place to live, but the management experience has not reflected the same level of care and professionalism that existed when I first moved in.
