Pets are not allowed. The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate, but the temperature can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move-in along with the second payment. This is a self-check-in property, and you will receive the codes to check in once full payment and HOA approval have been received.
