The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, stove, double ovens, dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The dining room offers a riverfront view, a dinner table with seating for 8+ guests, place settings, dining utensils, and sliding patio doors for an indoor/outdoor dining experience. The living room features high ceilings, plenty of natural light, couches, coffee tables, a two-way fireplace, a high-definition TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer.
Heating the pool and spa is available upon request and can only be activated during daytime hours; heating is not permitted at night. There is a $150 initial heating cost plus $60 per day to maintain the pool temperature at all times. You also have the option to heat just the spa for $120 initial heating cost and $40 per day to maintain the temperature. Keep in mind the pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate of $29 will be applied for each guest exceeding the first six.

To comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, a noise alert device has been installed in this home. This device does not record or store sound data, but only measures decibels and sends alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
The backyard features an outdoor swimming pool with a vanishing edge and a built-in spa, an outdoor BBQ grill and patio area, a furnished patio area, and views of the river. All smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube, and guests are welcome to log in with personal accounts.
