Relax on the cozy sofa with pillows and blankets and enjoy entertainment on the ROKU TV (guest must log in to their own channels). The bathroom includes a walk-in, tiled shower, a toilet, and spa soap.
Free parking is available on-site. Laundry facilities are also available on-site.
The beachside neighborhood offers bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants all within walking distance. Everything is easily accessible without a car.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Minimum age to check-in is 25 years of age. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). [SI]
