There is limited parking at the property address. Two vehicles are allowed to be parked in the driveway provided they do not block sidewalks, park on the streets, or on the grass. The parking of RVs is prohibited in the community. Vehicles can be towed at the owner’s expense if rules are not followed. If the issue escalates, guests can be trespassed by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office and the property manager/owner will be notified. The villa accommodates up to 10 guests. No parties and no pets are allowed. No outside guests (visitors) without contacting management. The driveway accommodates 2 cars with extremely limited street parking.
