There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property; once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. There is a $200 fine for leaving the kayaks on the pool; kindly return them to the designated place. Please do not throw trash, paper towels, or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging; please use the trash can. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty.
