It is a good place to live, the management strives to maintain the property despite the lack of cleanliness of the residents.

It was definitely a hassle getting my initial apartment since the leasing lady unreserved my apartment and someone else took it. We were extremely upset by their mistake but they put us into another apartment that was available the next day. Right when I moved in our dishwasher was not working and it took them 2 months to fix it…. After that chaos was over I definitely enjoyed my stay. Other maintenance issues were fixed quickly and professionally throughout the rest of my stay. The pool and... sidewalks were great to use. They seemed to have a big issue with the key fobs for the gate and for that reason I was not able to have access to the gym for the last couple of months which was annoying. Maintenance is extremely convenient. I set my appointment when I got home from work late at night and they resolved my matter first thing in the morning. I appreciate them knocking before entering multiple times even though I started they could come in to perform maintenance. Very professional, convenient and efficient.

I would not recommend 3.3 west apartments management is rude and unavailable .

33 West is a beautiful community. Maintenance is on point. Residents are friendly. Apartment layouts abs square footage is ample. Management could be friendlier but has improved since they host events for the community post covid.
