The first floor includes a full shared bathroom with a tub/shower, a bunk room with queen-over-queen bunk beds and trundles, and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. The second floor boasts two master bedrooms, each with a king bed, private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. The third floor offers a queen sleeper sofa, a full shared bathroom, and a wet bar with a mini fridge, sink, and microwave, along with a balcony overlooking the pool deck and a small balcony off the king bedroom with breathtaking water views. The carriage home provides two bedrooms: one queen bedroom with a wet bar and mini fridge, and one king bedroom, sharing a full shared bathroom. Spring break/student groups under age 25 must notify before booking, as additional requirements apply, including signing a student agreement and bringing $100 cash per person at check-in for a refundable security deposit. All drivers using the golf cart are required to fill out a waiver prior to arrival and must be 25 years or older with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for pickup, and trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Any belongings left will be charged a minimum fee of $25 plus shipping costs if the guest requests item(s) to be returned.
