Entertainment is nonstop with Roku-enabled TVs, Hulu Live, and lightning-fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous quartz countertops, dishes, cookware, bakeware, a standard coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker.
Pool heating is available for $350 for your stay. For trips over 7 days in length, this cost is increased, please inquire for rates. A maximum of 2 house-trained pets are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in.
Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, this home is directly across from the Destin Commons with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes drive East with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking/golf cart distance. Crystal Tower by the Sea is just 20-30 minutes from VPS airport and 15 minutes from popular destinations like HarborWalk Village, Baytowne Wharf, and Silver Sands Outlets. You’re also close to the Scenic Highway 30A and many Destin hotspots.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Guests must be 25 years or older, with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage to operate the golf cart. Events and parties are not permitted. Pets must be approved in advance. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, and an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. [SI]
