The kitchen is fully stocked with top-of-the-line appliances, dishes, utensils, cookware, small appliances (toaster oven, blender, hand mixer), and a small coffee bar area with a standard coffee pot and Keurig. A laundry room, with a full-sized washer and dryer, is situated directly off the kitchen area. The outdoor space comes complete with a second grilling area, pool loungers, and ample seating under the bistro-lit pergola. The immense pool can accommodate large groups, and the spillover spa adds a special touch.

This home is just 15 minutes from popular destinations like HarborWalk Village, Baytowne Wharf, and Silver Sands Outlets. You’re also close to the Scenic Highway 30A and many Destin hotspots. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. There is only parking to accommodate up to 5 vehicles, and street parking/blocking sidewalk/right-of-way may result in citation from the City of Destin to be paid by guests in violation. The spa is not a hot tub so it will not be warm unless you have paid for and allowed the pool company to turn on this amenity. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart and are not permitted for student groups or anyone under age 25. No jumping from the balcony into the pool is allowed. [SI]
