Check-in time is 4:00 PM CST and check-out time is 10:00 AM CST. Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10:00 PM sharp. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, and an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup.
