I asked that the original seat be removed as I had bought a. Ew one, but the screws were corroded and I couldn't get them off. Not only did he remove the old seat, he saw the new one still in the box and put it on for me, cleaning up the trash afterwards. Thanks so much!

Isaac was amazing during the whole moving process. The complex manager was also very helpful. Overall the whole process was made very simple and very fast as well.

The office staff was excellent with helping us stay informed throughout our application process and making sure we could move in within a timely manor. We fell in love with the property as soon as we drove in! I'm excited for what the future unfolds for us living here at Avalon.

Isaac has been the best leasing agent I've ever experienced. Maintenance expedite service the gated community and the events you really feel like you are a community the location gives you walmart Walgreens fast food restaurant and makes everything convenient especially for seniors and married couples

Everything has been amazing as always! Couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Staff is awesome and dog park is phenomenal! Also the security of the gate.
