We've had a great experience so far.
Maintenance are fast and efficient. Staff are friendly. Amenities are great quality, only a few things could be better kept in order like the bathrooms in the clubhouse. Apart from that we love living here.

Great place to live
Avalon is a beautiful community that is well kept by their excellent staff. They are on top of everything and I haven’t had any problems while living here. Apartments are very spacious and a good price for the space you are getting. Amenities are nice and well kept up with. Overall 10/10 apartment Community.
