The gourmet kitchen is complete with vast counter space, an oversized refrigerator, double oven, cooktop, under-counter ice maker, and dishwasher. A microwave, standard coffee maker, Keurig, blender, crock pot, toaster, dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, and cooking utensils are also included. The game room is outfitted with a sofa, Smart TV, ping pong table, Pop-A-Shot basketball game, and foosball. The carriage home includes a full kitchen, laundry, and a full bathroom.
Enjoy the private pool with optional seasonal pool heating, pool loungers, and a shaded bar area. The front deck offers a grill with propane provided, patio tables and chairs, and a 7-person hot tub. Golf cart rentals and pool heating are available for an additional fee, which varies based on season and length of trip. A high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are available.
Located right in the heart of Crystal Beach, some of the most beautiful beaches in the world are only a block away. Shopping at the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlets, restaurants, and entertainment are just a few minutes away. During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed. There is parking to accommodate up to 5 vehicles, and street parking/blocking the sidewalk may result in a citation from the City of Destin to be paid by the guest in violation. Boat/RV/Trailer parking is not permitted. Spring break/student groups (under age 25) are permitted with prior approval only and are subject to additional requirements. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 pet fee due before check-in. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, or a $50 fee will be assessed. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Impersonating a service animal is a criminal offense in our state.
The fireplace is just for aesthetics and is not functional. A courtesy supply is provided of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent, and hand soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay.
