The main home features a gourmet kitchen complete with vast counter space, an oversized refrigerator, double oven, cooktop, under-counter ice maker, and dishwasher, along with a microwave, standard coffee maker, Keurig, blender, crock pot, and toaster. The game room is outfitted with a sofa, Smart TV, ping pong table, Pop-A-Shot basketball game, and foosball. Both homes offer ample space and seating areas for groups to relax and share meals.
Enjoy a private, optionally heated pool with a waterfall feature, loungers, and a shaded bar area. A private hot tub is available on the front deck. Parking is available directly on the side of the home for up to 5 vehicles. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Golf cart use is available for an additional fee, with guests needing to be 25 years or older to operate it.
Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, this property is just a block away from the beach. Shopping at Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlets, as well as restaurants and entertainment, are only a few minutes away.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Luggage cannot be left at the property after check-out. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. Spring break/student groups (under age 25) must notify the host before booking and will have additional requirements, including signing a student agreement and bringing $100 cash per person at time of check-in for a refundable security deposit. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. Impersonating a service animal is a criminal offense. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets; an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Pool heating is not included and pricing varies by season and length of stay. Pool heating cannot be offered if outdoor temperatures are below 55°F. Private pool and hot tub are to be used by registered guests only. No pets are permitted in the pool or on furniture at any time. Do not tamper with the pool heater. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges, and may cause partial or full loss of deposit. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. Failure to do so may result in an HOA citation. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit. There is only parking to accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Street parking/blocking sidewalk/right-of-way may result in citation from the City of Destin to be paid by guests in violation.
