The carriage home includes a full kitchen with full appliances, dishes, silverware, small appliances, and breakfast bar seating for 4.

Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, this home is only a block away from the beach. Shopping at the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlets, restaurants, and entertainment are just a few minutes away. During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Spring break/student groups (under age 25) are permitted with prior approval only. A $100 cash deposit from each guest, and student rules signed at check-in is required. Parents are not permitted to book on behalf of a student group and must be present at all times during a trip, if approved. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 pet fee. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on furniture or in the pool, and crated when left unattended. You are expected to clean up after your pet, or a $50 fee will be assessed. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee, ADA Registered Service Animals are the only animals exempt from this at any time. Impersonating an ADA Service animal is a crime in our state so we appreciate honesty in this matter. Street parking/blocking sidewalk/right-of-way may result in citation from the City of Destin to be paid by guests in violation.
