Feel at home in this Destin retreat at Oar’asis, located on the second floor with stairway access only. This unit is not a good fit for guests with mobility issues or concerns.
The living room area is modern and beachy, featuring a comfortable couch that opens up to a queen-size commercial sleeper with pillows and linens. A Smart TV is available for your enjoyment. The living room includes a dining area that seats four and a kitchen island with three additional seats. The full kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, and a Keurig machine. The washer and dryer are in the hallway at the entryway, complete with an ironing board and iron. The king bedroom has a Smart TV, dresser, closet, and direct access to the attached full bathroom. The open-concept built-in twin bunk beds are in the hallway, each with its own TV. The full bathroom, accessed from the bedroom or the hall, offers a granite-topped vanity and a combination tub and shower with a detachable showerhead. Bath towels, washcloths, courtesy soaps, and a hair dryer are provided. As a family-friendly location, a pack and play, high chair (booster seat style), and children’s cups, plates, bowls, and silverware are available.

Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, you'll find wonderful shopping, amazing restaurants, and plenty of public beach access. It's just a 3-minute walk to public beach access. Some food, drink, and activities to check out include AJ’s Seafood & Oyster Bar, Camille’s for Crystal Beach Coffee or Camille’s Wine Bar, Crab Island Cruise/Tours, Deep Sea Fishing Cruises, Emerald Island Kayaks, The Donut Hole, Harbor Walk Village, Harbor Evening Cruise (or Tiki Cruises), and Hydro Jet Dolphin Cruises. We always recommend bringing a vehicle to get around during your stay. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Uber and Lyft are popular in our area for ride sharing, and SHIPT or Instacart are great for grocery delivery. Beach Liquors (locally owned) offers alcohol delivery as well. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No pets are permitted at any time. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued. Air conditioning should not be set lower than 70 degrees.
