This is a third-floor unit with no elevator access, only stairways, making it unsuitable for guests with mobility issues. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Trailer/RV/BoxTruck/Watercraft parking is not permitted in the community, and towing fees apply to any violations. Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted. Student groups or groups under 25 are not permitted, and any violation will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is not allowed. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued, and the full security deposit may be forfeited. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. All issues or damage must be reported immediately, and guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Air conditioning should not be set lower than 70 degrees; guests are responsible for repairs if A/C issues are caused by freezing the unit. Luggage is not to be left at the property after check-out. Mail cannot be shipped to the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests are allowed. The guest count must be updated in advance if it changes.
