This retreat features a comfortable king bed in the spacious bedroom, and twin built-in bunks in the hallway, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, perfect for couples or families. The well-lit bathroom includes a vanity and a combination tub and shower, with bath towels, washcloths, courtesy soaps, and a hair dryer provided. The open-layout living area offers a cozy couch that converts to a queen-size bed, and a TV with standard cable. The fully stocked kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, a crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine. A washer and dryer are available in the hallway, along with an iron and ironing board.
Enjoy a private, gated wraparound balcony for watching sunrises and sunsets. The community offers a seasonally heated pool and hot tub, available year-round, with gated access for guests of the complex only. Community charcoal grills and a picnic area are also available. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a third-floor unit with no elevator access, requiring stair climbing. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted. Events are not allowed. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. Underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is not allowed. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit.
