The full kitchen is stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine. A stackable washer and dryer, along with an ironing board and iron, are also available.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted. Events and parties are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request. Luggage cannot be left at the property before check-in or after check-out. Mail cannot be shipped to the property. Student groups or guests under age 25 are not permitted without a parent or guardian present. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, and no unapproved visitors or extra overnight guests are permitted. Furniture should not be rearranged. Cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash can be taken to the dumpster in the front of the complex. All issues or damage must be reported immediately, as guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out.
