This condo features a living room with a queen sleeper sofa and an accent chair, complete with a Roku TV with cable. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a flat griddle, a toaster, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. The bedroom offers a king bed and two twin trundle beds, along with a Roku TV. The bathroom includes a shower and tub combo with plush towels. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located on the patio.
Guests can enjoy three community pools, one of which is seasonally heated. Freshly resurfaced tennis courts with Pickleball lines are available, and guests can bring their own gear. Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are located near the laundry facility and tennis courts. Pets are allowed with a $50 pet fee per pet, with a maximum of two dogs. Pets must be crated when unattended and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from the pet fee, but Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are subject to the fee. Charcoal grills are available throughout the community.
Centrally located in the heart of Destin, this condo is just 3/4 mile from public beach access at June Decker Beach Trail, Destin Dog Park, Morgan Sportscenter, Big Kahunas, and The Track. Gulf Terrace Condominiums offers easy access to a variety of dining, shopping, and local hotspots, with two complex entrances for convenient travel.
This community was constructed in the 1970s and has a more dated exterior, which is beyond our control. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking is not allowed. Events are not allowed. Check-in time is 4 PM CST, and luggage drop-offs are not permitted. Early check-ins may occasionally be possible but cannot be guaranteed in advance. Checkout is 10 AM CST, and any stay past this time will result in an additional day charge. All issues must be disclosed prior to checkout, or guests are held liable for any damages. Violations of house rules or terms and conditions are subject to eviction without refund. A courtesy supply of light amenities is provided, including a trash bag, roll of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, and laundry soap. Spices, oils, sunscreen, and food storage are not stocked. This is a condo in a building with shared walls, so there is a potential for noise. Hosting student groups or guests under 25 is considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to discretion.
