The bedroom boasts a memory foam king bed and two memory foam twin fold-out beds for additional sleeping space. The bathroom includes a shower and tub combination, along with plush towels. A stackable Maytag washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
Guests can enjoy three community pools, one of which is seasonally heated. Freshly resurfaced tennis courts with Pickleball lines are available. Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are conveniently located near the laundry facility and tennis courts. A charcoal grill area is available for outdoor cooking. For families with little ones, a high chair, pack-and-play, plastic silverware, cups, and dishes are provided. House-trained pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from the pet fee.

The complex offers two entrances for convenient access to Destin's main highway or a side street to avoid traffic.
This is a first-floor unit, so noise from neighboring units may be heard. The community exterior reflects its 1970s construction and is managed by the HOA. A 10 PM noise ordinance is in effect for the residential complex. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted. Check-in time is 4 PM CST, and check-out time is 10 AM CST. Luggage drop-offs are not allowed. Early check-in may be possible but cannot be guaranteed in advance. All issues must be disclosed prior to checkout, or guests are held liable for any damages. Any violation of house rules or terms and conditions are subject to eviction without refund.
