Enjoy abundant natural light through the sliding glass doors and entertainment on the Smart TV with standard cable. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stovetop, and a toaster oven. It also includes dishes, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. For younger guests, a high chair, pack and play, cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are provided. The bedroom offers a cozy king bed and a smart TV. Two twin fold-out memory foam mattresses are available for additional sleeping accommodations. The bathroom features a stand-up shower and soft towels. A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located off the patio.
Pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are available near the laundry facility and tennis courts. Charcoal grills are available throughout the community for guest use.
This apartment is centrally located in Destin, just 3/4 mile from public beach access and within walking distance to numerous restaurants, family activities, parks, and shopping. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Check-in time is 4 PM CST, and check-out time is 10 AM CST. The community exterior reflects its original 1970s construction. Please note that this is a condo in a building with shared walls, so there is a potential for noise. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and pets must be crated when unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time.
