The open-concept living area flows into the kitchen and dining spaces, featuring a full breakfast bar with stools, a dedicated coffee station, and a dining area for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with extra pantry space. Enjoy the indoor-outdoor living with front, side, and screened-in back porches, a small putting green, and a fully fenced yard. Upstairs, a spacious deck offers a serene spot for morning coffee or work. The unique Crow's Nest nook at the top of the house provides a lookout point for sunrise or sunset views.
Guests can enjoy a large community pool, available year-round, though heating is at the discretion of the HOA and not guaranteed during winter holidays and spring breaks. A pack & play, high chair, plastic dishes/cups/silverware, and baby gates for the stairs are provided for tiny travelers. Beach towels are supplied for poolside or beach use. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles, plus a golf cart. Pets are welcome for a $200 pet fee per booking for up to 2 dogs. A waiver must be completed by all golf cart drivers, and drivers must be at least 25 years old.
Tangerine Cove is nestled in the quiet and charming Crystal Beach Cottages neighborhood, just one block (a seven-minute walk) from public beach access. It's also a short drive to local restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and entertainment, with Destin's famous sugar sand beaches and emerald waters nearby.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM CST and check-out is at 10 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated on occasion. Luggage drop-off or leaving luggage after checkout is not permitted. Groups under 25 years of age are not hosted. Underage drinking or illegal activity is prohibited. Parties and events are not permitted. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in loss of security deposit/additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken out on specified days (Monday and Thursday after 12 PM only for Tuesday & Friday pickup) and trash cans must be brought in from the curb before 5 PM to avoid citation. Furniture should not be rearranged, and indoor items should not be taken outside or removed from the home. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed beyond the courtesy supply of toiletries for the first day or so. Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. Communication is preferred through the booking platform, with phone calls reserved for immediate needs and emergencies during standard business hours, excluding late-night contact. Golf cart rental will no longer be offered complimentary after year-end 2024. Street parking or blocking sidewalks/right-of-way may result in a citation. RV, trailer, or watercraft parking is not permitted due to HOA restrictions.
